Data we receive

Through the inquiry form you send your name, company name (optional), email address and message. To protect the form against automated requests, the server records the IP address and technical browser data.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to answer your inquiry and for further correspondence about possible cooperation. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form, under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who receives the data

Form messages are delivered to the company’s mailbox through an email service provider. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check for automated requests. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting cooperation, and no longer than three years after the last contact unless the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict processing or withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page may process technically necessary data to protect the form.
